Unfortunately, the service we received did not reflect what we were promised or paid for. The cleaning itself only covered the bare basics--kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and some vacuuming. The extras we paid for, including the windows and mold removal, were completely overlooked. To make matters worse, the company tried to charge us $500 because the cleaners "stayed longer," without calling us for approval or authorization. Communication with the company was chaotic and unorganized. While we did eventually get them to honor the original written agreement and schedule a follow-up, the process was a mess. The cleaners showed up unannounced on a Monday--we turned them away and rescheduled for Tuesday at 9:30 AM. They never showed up. The cleaning staff themselves were kind and friendly, but overall, this was not a professional or trustworthy experience. We won't be using Coco's Cleaning again, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you get everything clearly written out and confirmed in advance

I feel comfortable to leave the apartment while they're working and be assure the place will be cleaned to the best ability once they're done. I'm always amazed at how different the apartment looks before and after their cleaning - they transform it from a "heavily lived in and used empty apartment" to "extremely clean apartment that the next renter / occupant would find spotless" Solid all around - highly recommend!

While they did come back to clean, it was still unclean... To this day every time we use the oven there are mysterious white flakes that fall from the oven roof, almost as if they put a cleaner in but forgot to actually clean it off. I just hope not because cleaners are typically toxic? The toilets, they insisted that there was no way for them, the professionals, to remove the stained seats. Anyway, what's done is done and we will not be rehiring them for future cleanings. Edit: Yes they did "clean" our house. Partial messages about this has been added to my review. Look, I don't like writing these reviews but as we are looking at possibly another deep cleaning, I was reminded of this experience and I felt it was worth sharing.

Not my problem. 2. The paint jobs that you keep hinging on are only located in the BATHROOMS which I never complain about. The dust and dirt stain left behind were on my brandnew kitchen cabinets as seen in the photos which were never painted. No construction were going in kitchen or livingroom. Why do I have to take in account that you would failed on your jobs or allow you second chance to fix your mistake. 4. The house is within the square footage in the quote. It is not significantly larger nor should it be a surprised for your employees. Don't bargain once you quoted or accept client service. 5. Your employee pulled the blinds and it fell, I stepped in and asked her if she can put it back she spoken in Spanish and said 'si'. Don't tell me they didn't break them. You can continue your lies. Lastly, if there were ever a sincere apology immediately after I pointed out the issues from my first message I wouldn't have to justify with all of the proofs so shame on you for trying to go back and forth before offer to discounted me tips money. ---------------- First, I gave 1 star for their responsiveness and for the last minute booking. Other than that the service itself deserves no star. They charged me for all the items included in a regular move-in/out service plus additional for carpet cleaning and $10 extra bucks for a ceiling fan but keep negotiating afterward that certain things were not included once I pointed out how the job wasn't done or was not done well. Here are the issues: 1. One of them broke the blinds off of one window during her cleaning. I pointed it out and she said she will put it back. Unfortunately, the hinge is broken now and it fall off soon after they left. She was so rough with all of my chandeliers and blinds. But at the end all the blinds still dirty. They claimed they only swifer it. Well then why do i hire you. 2. The back sliding glass door to my backyard went off rail and got stuck due to cleaners rough handling and pushing on it, costing us an hour to fix and ending up replace railing. 3. They also did not do a good job cleaning the master bathroom. Master closet has two tools and one bag of toilet paper on an empty open shelf and she didn't lift or push it around to clean, she skipped the entire closet instead. It was still all dusty. The floor and all six other shelves. 4. The kitchen cabinets exterior are still dirty (see pictures). Inside kitchen cabinets, and outside were not wiped down properly. They reported back to their boss that because my cabinets were full which was a lie. 5. The fridge was still very dirty and same condition as before during the final check. I had to ask them to redo. If I did not check it would have been a waste of money. My oven is brandnew so save to say there is no grease yet they didn't even wipe off the outside glass or handles properly. The only that was properly done was the carpet cleaning which a guy came separately and washed steamed and left. Overall, I appreciated the fast appointment but the work wasn't done properly. I still tipped them some $ but I'm not happy with the results. Will never ever book this service and do not recommend anyone fall for the cheap price.
