The manager does not respond to emails, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A business should make the cancellation process clear and accessible, especially for members who relocate. I would not recommend unless you are prepared for a very difficult cancellation process.

For some reason he assumed that I worked for the FBI and told numerous members to stay away and not talk to me. During this time I became an outcast in my own gym, while Mr.Troutman seemed nervous and fearful the times I was there for no reason. If he or anyone else would have came up to me and asked, I would have told them I do not work for the FBI and never have, but no one ever did as everyone believed the lies. What is interesting is that during my entire membership Mr. Troutman and I never had a conversation together. For months I ignored all this until finally it became such a toxic environment there that I left 3 weeks ago. If this could happen to someone who is a senior citizen and served this country like myself it could happen to anyone who decides to join this gym and I am determined that it will not.
