We recently had a water pipe leak on our hot water service that we needed repaired…read more We contacted Tait on the Saturday afternoon and they recommended we wait until Monday morning to avoid a huge callout fee. We did this and a visit to bunnings for some silicone tape to stop the leak temporarily did the job. The plumber from Tait turned up on time at 8:00am Monday morning and fixed the leak. He was friendly and did a good job. While he was here we also got him to install a Brita water filter tap into the sink area in the kitchen. He was happy to do that and did a very good job. We thought the bill for the two jobs was very reasonable and they were happy for us to pay by bank transfer. We would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Noone showed up so I rang their number and was told the plumber rang in sick today, nobody contacted me to tell me this. I was then told that instead of the $120 call out fee it would now be $280 even though it is not my fault that noone showed up and I was not contacted. No offer for any resolution except you must pay $280 now. Not worried about the money, I will now go and pay another plumber that money that values customers and will contact their client. I would not recommend Service Today to anyone
