Had the worst experience with these guys a couple weeks back. Was told during my last service that my water bottle was cracked and needed replacing. I booked my car in for the water bottle to be replaced - this was the job. After being told my car is ready to pick up, I was told they could not find the part so instead he hot glued the existing bottle so now it holds water, however the pump mechanism is "broken" so water still wont work. He then asked for $160 for the dodgy job. I told the man he should have called me to ask if glueing the bottle was okay as this was not the job i asked of them to which he responded "thats not the way i work" and began to get aggressive even tried to fight me in the office. His words "ill take you on right now". Absolute scumbags - the boss even backed his dodgy employee up on the phone a few days later when informed of the situation. read more
