I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. Being new to the area you really never know what you're going to get when you're boarding your beloved four-legged son or daughter and Ms. Jones is happy to tell you she hit the jackpot on her first try. Her precious Basset Hound LOVES Pooch Palace which makes Ms. Jones love it too. Mr. Winston (the most handsome Basset Hound that ever existed), was so happy today when Ms. Jones picked him up. She could tell he was very well cared for. You know how sometimes when you take your dog to a boarding how he or she comes back smelling...what's the word Ms. Jones is looking for...ermmm...uh...doggy?? Ms. Jones is happy to tell you that is never the case here. Pooch Palace is spotless, free of L'eau de Chien (french for doggy smell), and these wonderful four legged creatures are very well cared for during their stay with lots of interactions with their fellow canine companions and the wonderful owners of the establishment. What Mr. Winston particularly enjoys is all the time he gets to spend outside running and playing with his new found camp mates. Ms. Jones is happy to give Pooch Palace a solid five star rating. If you love your furry friends, you will want to bring them here when you can't care for them yourselves.

We called and arranged to see the facility. What we found was an idyllic setting in the country that cares for dogs in such a loving way. It was spotless and well equipped to care for dogs of all sizes. The owner was very nice and accommodated our need on a very short notice. From a weekend kennel stay Straight to our vet clinic! When we picked up our Dane no one could…read moreexplain how long her back feet & legs (twice normal size) was swollen! They stated it must have happened that morning. Our vet told us her back feet were swollen long enough to cause sores between her toes, so Not that Morning!!! The swelling was caused by being on concrete standing without a walk or excerise. Her blood work showed she had an infection plus running a high fever. We are spending our Thanksgiving week trying to get our dog healthy again after a 72 hour stay at this kennel. Save yourself a large vet bill and keep researching kennels
