Raziel is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very data-driven, which was something we really appreciated. When we needed to make quick decisions, he was always prompt and responsive, but when we wanted more time to think things through, he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He has high integrity, is consistently professional, and always gave us advice that felt honest and genuinely in our best interest. He was also incredibly helpful beyond the transaction itself. Raziel has a large network and team and was able to connect us with people for many of the things that come up after purchasing a home, from gardening and maintenance to rodent control. Just as importantly, Raziel is genuinely fun to talk to and easy to be around. By the end of the process, he felt much more like a friend than simply our real estate agent, and he is absolutely someone we hope to stay in touch with. We felt very well supported throughout the entire process and would recommend Raziel without hesitation.

We interviewed several agents at the beginning of our search, and Julie and Peter immediately stood out as the best of the best. They communicated with us regularly, patiently answered all of our questions, and even helped us put in a time-sensitive offer while out of the country on a family vacation. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, our very first offer was accepted. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home. For us, it was very important to work with someone that we not only enjoyed interacting with, but who we also could count on to ask the right questions and provide the right counsel exactly when we needed it. Julie and Peter more than delivered on both of these fronts. With many years of experience in the Bay Area, they have a deep well of knowledge and a stellar network of contacts, from loan agents to home insurance providers. We would recommend them without reservations to anyone on the market.

Julie convinced me that the return-on-investment was more than worth it, so i agreed. still, when she said they would make the house "sparkle," i thought, "yeah, yeah. it will be great to clean it up, but - sparkle?!!!" WELL. absolutely no one, including me, could believe it was the same property, after surface improvements, landscaping and staging. it sold in one week for far more than it would have, had i left it alone. the energy of the whole experience - between Julie, Ellen, contractors and myself - was so overwhelmingly positive that it soaked into house, which exuded hope, a bright future, glamour and just happiness. Zero time or money wasted, at any step along the way. i truly can't say enough. only that i wish i had more houses to sell with these two :)))

I wanted to share a story about how I misjudged someone…read more.. I had my doubts about Stanley Lo. If I'm being honest, I'd have to admit I had a complete aversion to Green Banker. His advertisements were ostentatious. His outfits were silly. However, after mediocre experiences working with some of the Bay Area's (alleged) top agents, my husband urged me to give Stanley a chance. So I did... From the onset of our relationship, Stanley Lo proved me wrong. At our first meeting, I was (pleasantly) surprised & (begrudgingly) impressed by his business acumen. I liked that he was upfront, experienced, well-connected, intelligent, and entirely professional. My husband pointed out that, "He answers his phone every time I call him." -- and it's true! He works all hours of the day. Despite my reservations, Stanley Lo turned out to be one of the hardest-working men I've ever met. Additionally, his dedication to selling my house was unparalleled. In his recent mailing, he wrote: "Behind every escrow is a story -- often a challenging one. This year alone, I helped many homeowners resolve issues such as: Difficult disclosure and inspection issues Appraisal and financing complications Title and permit problems Buyer and seller contract disputes Complex legal and HOA matters and other major roadblocks that could have cost clients time, stress, and significant money In every case, my mission is the same: Protect the homeowner, solve the problem, and close smoothly -- while saving clients as much money and stress as possible. When needed, I go the extra mile: researching solutions, leveraging decades of expertise, and using my unique network to resolve issues that many agents cannot." So, I am here today to attest that his claims are not just lip service; he really does go the extra mile and delivers. I can't tell you how many things he did that I'm certain no other agent would (or could) have done. For example, he arranged for an international notary to help us process an online power of attorney. He helped mediate family disputes. He relentlessly nagged stakeholders until the job was complete. And he didn't stop calling until the deal was closed. The tasks he performed were far beyond the scope of a typical REALTOR. And for that, I am incredibly grateful. Mr. Lo, I wanted to say that I am sorry that I misjudged you. I was very wrong. It's clear to me now that your success is completely well-founded and deserved. You have my utmost respect and I intend to enthusiastically recommend you from this point forward. Thank you for all you did to sell my house! You were a true pleasure to work with! He laid out a plan for us to sell my current…read moreapartment and purchase a new house in 6 months (all in Oakland) and he worked very hard to help accomplish that goal. Throughout the process he was patient, responsive and professional. For the sale, Wesley and his teammates were extremely efficient when it came to staging and holding open houses and we were able to sell my apartment after the first scheduled showings. The only really difficult thing I had to do was say goodbye to the apartment and move out. I am extremely picky and so when we began to tour houses, Wesley's patience and eye for details really helped narrow down potential properties that would be a good fit for me and we also struck out a lot of bad ones. Wesley's experience shines during touring. Just to name a few things he has a keen sense of smell for moisture/mold, can feel for the slightest unevenness in floors and can tell good from bad repair work just from a quick glance and feel, he has really seen it all. This is where a whole lot of Wesley's value comes from, he's not just another paper pusher...he actually enjoys looking at houses with clients and he is great at pointing out things that a normal person wouldn't see. Eventually a few months later we were able to close on a new house that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to work with Wesley and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. As I said before he is thoughtful, smart, engaged and it's clear he loves what he does and I now recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy in the bay area.

We interviewed three realtors and we selected Wilson because we agreed with his vision as to how to prepare our home for sale and his assessment of current market conditions. We were very pleased with the decision as we found out that Wilson has a strong team to support the preparation and sales process. A project plan was developed months in advance and for the most part all deadlines were achieved. Luis (contractor) and Priscilia (coordinator) prepared the house for sale on time and on budget. The staging firm did a great job in presenting our home. When necessary Wilson was alway available to answer our questions. The Open Houses took place as we planned months in advance and we were given an update at the end of each weekend. When offers came in Wilson and Cathy (Experttcs) helped us navigate through the negotiation process until we accepted a bid that met our target. We were then introduced to Michele (Director of Ops) and Aldolfo (escrow officer of WFG Title Co.) to guide us through the closing process. Their assistance made the paperwork burden as painless as possible. We were happy with the entire process and impressed with how the Own Team worked together to get the job done. We deducted a 1/2 star because the lateral sewer work mandated by the city was delayed for weeks because the plumber that OWN uses was not available. This caused a delay in closing. My recommendation to OWN is to expand the list of plumbers the company can use. Also, we were assigned an original coordinator with whom we did all the pre-planning. However, when execution time arrived we discovered she left the company. Thankfully Priscilia stepped in and everything worked out fine.

I was referred to them via a professional connection who trusted her with many deals in the past, and I can say it was also a 10/10 in my case. As you may know, the SF Bay Area is a competitive market, and it's quite a grind to gather all the paperwork, assemble an offer, let alone have it be accepted and go through a seamless close. It's a stressful situation for most including myself, but Laura and her team was on top of things throughout the process. Where do I start? Well, I can sit here and type for days raving about my experience, but I'll cut to the chase: Laura, Lexie, Ty etc. were incredibly friendly and personable, they responded to questions (texts, calls, emails, whatever!) pretty quickly and in great detail. That alone establishes trust, especially for such a high value and emotional purchase - your home. Laura never pushed or persuaded me on any listings we toured. In fact, she came in with a fresh perspective on "risk"s and things to watch out for as a buyer (the condition of the floors, the floorplans / layout, the neighbors / neighborhood in general, modifications allowed, permit history etc.) which I greatly appreciate given I had no prior experience and doing this the first time. Once we settled on places we'd like to place an offer for, she and her team pounced on getting all the docs lined up in time - pulling permit histories etc. to make sure there aren't any unexpected snags. She and her team were extremely communicative throughout the process, navigating counteroffers and just hustling it out. I just felt they really went above and beyond here. Once we were in contract, Laura, Lexie and Ty coordinated all remaining work (secondary inspections, loose fixtures, clogged sinks, deep clean prior to move in, extra paint / garbage removal etc.) to make my move-in significantly more seamless and stress-free. Some of these were done by the seller / seller's agent, in which she handled all communication promptly to have them addressed before the closing date. Others we did a day or two after close, but the appointments were so well managed ahead of time. Also, some folks who came by the place to do the work only had nice things to say about her and her team. Honestly I can't imagine anybody else doing it this well as Laura's!

We met Laura one weekend and placed our first offer the following week. While we did not win that initial bid, the experience taught us so much and helped us refine our strategy for the next home, which ultimately led to a win. Laura and her team were exceptionally responsive and proactive. She even replied to our emails the same day while traveling internationally. As first-time buyers, Laura took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, from reviewing dozens of documents to understanding what truly mattered for our needs. She stayed ahead of updates and followed up persistently, including evenings and weekends. She guided us through pricing our offers using strong comps, flagged red flags during inspections, and never pressured us to settle on a home that was not right for us. The entire process felt supportive and genuine, never pushy or sleazy. Laura is also extremely organized and has an excellent network of trusted inspectors and contractors. We used several of her recommendations and were very happy with the results. Even while balancing work and travel, we closed on time. If you want someone who truly has your back, she is the one. Highly recommend Laura Bryant Homes.

Julie demonstrated several outstanding strengths during our time working with her: #1 - In-depth knowledge of the market. Julie was very on top of the housing market in San Mateo County, constructing and updating a portfolio of homes for us to look at as she learned our taste and needs. She was able to provide knowledge of homes that would be listed soon, and was able to steer us towards desirable neighborhoods and away from houses that would have problems. Julie's knowledge granted us an information advantage, and helped to ensure that we were able to find and quickly close on the house that we desired. #2 - Connections to Agents, Brokers, and other useful contacts. Julie is well connected throughout San Mateo County, and through her network was able to get us access to tour houses outside of the normal open house hours. She also has a collection of some of the best mortgage brokers in the area, and we were able to swiftly close on our home without any issue at all. Finally, she has a strong network of skilled contractors, which has been immediately helpful as we seek to make repairs and upgrades to the house. I'm a very busy person, and dreaded having to discover all of this myself. Having Julie's connections has saved me time and money where they have mattered the most. #3 - Care for us as buyers and people. Julie showed tremendous care for us as buyers and people, seeking to understanding our hopes and dreams in order to land us in a home we would love. I came to trust her throughout the process, and knew that she always had our best interests at heart. To give a specific example- it had been 15 years since I last negotiated a house purchase and I was unsure of how to think through the strategy of making offers. Julie guided us through the purchasing process and gave us sound advice while we were negotiating, allowing us to successfully close on the deal in the face of other buyers. Without Julie, I don't think we'd have landed the house! I wholeheartedly recommend Julie Flouty as a real estate agent, and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Afterwards, our journey of selling our old property lasted around 4 months (including all fixups, landscaping, staging) and was sold over 1 open house weekend. Our experience working with Max Lo has been phenomenal. His 30+ years of real estate experience really shines through every interaction. Most of his property sales range up to properties in the multi-millions and specializes in the highly competitive Hillsborough area where we ultimately won our bid, so we really cannot understate how important his knowledge and expertise came in handy here. Every time Max brought us to a property he did not disappoint, everything we looked at were very strong contenders. His attention to detail is second to none. Another great aspect about working with Max is his vast connection to professionals of all avenues working in and around real estate, including landscaping, staging, painting, insurance, fixing and patching, anything you can think of he has a guy for. These connections all came in handy even way after all business was finished - we connected with a bunch of different professionals that helped us replace our roof, fix our gate, replace our window screens, and handle our insurance all through Max. They all did a great job and did not disappoint. Not only is Max a great buyer's agent he is an expert at selling too. Again, his network is pretty elite. We were nervous about selling our old property due to the market at the time but of course Max's crew did a bang up job staging, advertising, photographing, the whole nine yards. We ended up making all the changes he suggested, and we are super glad we did. The house ended up selling well over asking, and all just over one single open house weekend. This was the first house we made a bid on that we ultimately lost because we didn't listen to Max's advice and bid lower than what he suggested. Luckily we corrected on this when we bid for our second house and followed Max's advice this time around. And we won! I've already typed 5 paragraphs about how awesome Max is as a real estate agent, but I haven't even gotten to how FUN he is to work with in real life!! He has just the right amount of neuroticism where you will never have to guess where he stands at any point of the project.
