When I called in the afternoon, they said they had no record of scheduling delivery. I finally spoke with Mr. George who said they would deliver it tomorrow, he even read off the address. He said he would send me a text confirming delivery. I have yet to receive a text and am doubtful that the washer/dryer will be delivered tomorrow as promised. I have spoken to so many people that I believe they are giving me fake names now. I spoke with Lisa, Jennifer, Louisa, Ulan and now Mr. George. Do NOT buy anything here. Their delivery department is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I have been polite and patient with them but have come to believe they have no intention of ever delivering what they sold me.

Furniture Giant was a huge success for all of our furniture needs. We bought two bedrooms sets and everything for our living room and kitchen here and got really good deals on quality pieces. I hate compressed woods, it's cheap and the furniture goes quickly and they don't do this here. Ron, the Sales Manager that helped us out with our multiple shopping trips here was just amazing with taking his time to show us options and answer questions. From coordinating the deliveries to follow up he's your guy to work with on getting your home in St. Thomas furnished. All deliveries were quick and on time and the guys that set up our furniture were very polite and careful not to nick the furniture or damage any of the surfaces in our house. The only reason of why this shop lost one star is because they had no air conditioning for all of the times that we went to see items. It was like walking through a human Dutch oven. They did have massive fans blowing throughout the store but it only helped a little. The new location is now next to of where WAPA was behind Bonjour gas station in the same complex because the old location was destroyed by both hurricanes. No one has consistent electricity these days so I guess air-conditioning doesn't really matter. #St.Thomas #USVI

Prices reflect their apparent market position between IKEA and Crate and Barrel or West Elm. When we visited many items were on sale for 40-50% off which made for some good deals. We picked up some half price decorative pillows for about $10 each after tax, a great deal. While there seemed to be a number of salespeople on the floor, they seemed a bit overwhelmed helping other customers and the checkout line was long. Also, it is necessary to pay for a plastic bag for your items: 40-50 cents depending on the size of the bag. Easy and ample lot parking and conveniently located off of Route 2.
