They wanted to charge me $150.00. The lawyer said he would reimburse me. The doctors took 19 months to send SOME of the records. But would only send them to my other doctor!! That doctor sent them to the attorney. It still wasn't ALL of them. The attorney then, sent me a letter saying "I don't think this is a SLAM DUNK" and he won't be able to take my case, because now there wasn't enough time to hire enough specialist, but I was free to call another attorney. His assistant told me to call Mike Morse back, I messaged him again, I thought I was chatting with him, he said to call the office. Whoever answered, said there's nothing they can do because they already referred me out once. So, now I'm stuck with permanent nerve damage from a doctor who performed back surgery on me, and he wasn't even a surgeon?? And there isn't a damn thing I can do about it.

Communication was very scarce and only when initiated by me via the phone. Eric Steinberg felt that it wasn't profitable enough to file court actions.
