They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

The verdict: All the above, plus those squealing brakes needed new brake pads & calipers, and the steering wheel dilemma actually needed a coolant flush Damian helped with what was urgent and needed to be fixed now, but also gave a heads up on what would need to be, but not anytime soon. I knew it was going to be expensive, but Damian gave me a discount and helped me understand more about my car. For everything I listed, it came out to be about $865. You might think that I got ripped off. But, when you have a 2003 Lexus that is your first car, and has been nothing but good and has kept you safe, it's worth every penny (to an extent). Safe to say, this Texas car is now Maine ready and passed for safety!

After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. UPDATE: they charged me over $400 for two headlight bulbs, kept me waiting for over 2 hours, and generally treated me with the utmost disrespect and lack of care AND GET THIS, THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE OF THE LIGHTBULBS. This…read morelocation was right down the street from an appointment I had so I dropped it off and gave them full approval upfront to change out the battery because I wasn't going to be able to answer the phone and talk about what they had found. When I got back they told me maybe it was a false reading and that the battery was still over 85% charge. They showed me the rest of the statistics on the read out for it and told me there was no charge for the service. They easily could have just swapped out the battery and charged me the 200+ dollars. I had already given them permission to do just that, but instead did an excellent job of explaining just what it could've been. There might be a lot of sketchy shops out there. This is definitely NOT one of them. Will use them again in the future for sure.

I arrived and she actually helped "wheel" it in the shop. Given the options and how it was to be fixed, a time line for the repair, I was surprised to get a phone call so quickly! The tire was plugged and patched and when we arrived to get it, the tech put it back on, remounted the spare in its position. Everything was great!! The cost of repair was so low I was very surprised! I had expected it to be higher! It was great! If I was living in this wonderful city and needed tires or repairs, I'd take my car and truck to Sullivan Tire and Auto! A great family business!! A little less than two months after getting a brand new battery from Meineke, my car was once again…read moredead on the side of the road. Unlike last time, I could lock/unlock her from the fob just fine, but when I turned the key in the ignition all I heard was CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. My dashboard was lit up with every anxiety-inducing icon, the console info display flashing with endless warnings... but my lights worked, my radio worked, my key worked. I called a tow truck assuming - based on my research and a quick call to my mechanically-savvy dad - that this time it was my starter or alternator (she's not a new car, friends, but I love her so much and she only recently hit 50K miles). The tow truck guy came, took a look under the hood, and told me there was something wrong with my battery. I called Meineke and word dumped on them about what the problem was. They - effortlessly calm, cool, and collected like always - told me to "come on by". A half hour later I had a(nother) brand new battery. No charge, no fuss, no real wait. Apparently the first battery I got was defective (no fault of Meineke or mine). They use Interstate here and it looks like the performance warranty for most passenger vehicle batteries is like a year. I called my dad back to tell him, and apparently this exact thing had just happened to him a couple months ago - the big difference being that he brought his truck to a garage and they spent a week trying to diagnose the problem, never thinking it could be his brand new battery. The long winded story? Yeah, okay, I trust these guys. I like their friendly dogs, I like the way they interact with each other, and I like the way they talk to their customers. I'd also like to not have to see them again anytime soon, but for now: THANKS, FELLAS.
