I wasn't even able to use the voucher because I was unable to find any of the bus stops. It was absolutely ridiculous. I probably walked to at least four places that the map showed was a bus stop only to have the bus pass by me and not stop at six different stops that I walked to. The two cruise port busy stops were no where to be found, no sign no booth no employee.. and the other four stops I walked to also no clear indicator of where the bus is supposed to stop. I did see a bus stop at one point and he barely waited ten seconds before he took off. It was so disappointing. So I did not even get to take the tour. It was a big waste of money. There were no signs. The only bus that did stop to pick me up was an orange bus and he told me I had to go across the street 400 meters for the red bus. Well I forgot my measuring stick and there was no sign for the red bus anywhere. I waited on the other side of the street but in the rain it made no sense to stand there and there was no sign. I tried my best to figure out where the bus stops were while looking at the poor quality map on your website.. I wasn't able to pull up a live view of where the buses were. I wasn't able to get your website working to talk to someone. It was completely disorganized and a terrible experience for something I didn't even get to experience. I wound up taking a taxi to the botanical garden, and chocolate museum which is where I wanted to go.. and then while trying to find the bus stops 12 or 13 or 14 not one red bus stopped for me they just drove by! I was so angry at this point. So I have no idea where the bus stop was supposed to be. Maybe put a sign! A booth! A person! It was terrible!!!!!! A Piss poor awful no experience in the rain on a Sunday. And since you don't do refunds for your incompetence of putting a simple sign where the bus stops should be. I thought you should know how my day went trying to get on your stupid red bus. Which never happened. Not that the drivers stopped anyway! I will say if you are getting off a cruise ship and want to use the hop on bus dont bother! You'll spend more time trying to find the their hop on bus stop at the cruise port than you will just taking a taxi. Dont waste your money!! Do better! Have someone at the port or a sign!

I came on a tour arranged by these guys yesterday and had quite a bit of fun. The only negative…read morething I could say is that the choices of music were, um, not what I would have chosen. They used a little boat called the Advocat, and gave us a good one hour tour of the harbour and southern canals. I've been on other boat tours before, but this was he best one yet in Hamburg. They also laid on drinks for us on the boat. After touring around Wilhelmsburg for a while we stopped at a beer garden for some food (see my review of Zum Anleger (http://www.qype.co.uk/place/169353-Zum-Anleger-Hamburg) ). On the way back we used an open-top bus - which I was really looking forward to. Sadly there was a huge thunderstorm, so it became merely a ride home rather than something fun.

A lovely time riding around the harbor in a little boat! I'm normally squeamish when it comes to…read moreboats and sailing, but was too distracted by the interesting things to look at around the harbor. I had a lot of fun, I had never taken a boat trip into the harbor before and was excited by the new perspectives we had the chance to experience, like Landungsbrucken from the water's side and The Koehlbrandbrucke from underneath. I had a lot of fun and will make sure to recommend the tour to friends visiting from abroad!
