I had a remote pleated shade in my bathroom which he damaged when he tried to put it back on the window. He told me that he didn't know it was a remote shade and tried to pull it down by hand. By doing this he bent the bottom bar of the shade which cause the shade to bunch up at the bottom. I had a blind repair guy come and he was able to fix it for $80. I left a voicemail for Greg asking to be reimbursed but he never returned my call. The other issue is that I have plantation shutters throughout my house. They are plastic cream color and Greg assured me that he could paint them white. I have been told that they wouldn't be able to be painted by other painters previously. I figured that Greg knew what he was doing so I trusted him. Well, now I have white plantation shutters in my bedroom however they are so gummed up and streaky from the paint that I can't open them. He charged me $300 to paint the 4 sets of shutters and now they are ruined. It will cost me quite a bit more to replace them. Not happy with the end result.

I was impressed with the reviews I read online for T. Great care was taken during the ceiling repair and repainting. Unfortunately after the job was completed, there was still a section that needed to be addressed and Tim, the owner, took on that task and did a great job. He came back a few times to prep and do the fix until it was completed to my and his satisfaction. Tim is exceptional! He truly cares that his customers are happy. I highly recommend T.
