You refused to fit me in, saying I was late, without regarding the courtesy I gave you and allowed your office to change our appmnt 4 times AND that they told me 1030, not 10. I was there at 1020 for 1030 appmt. Not a good sign, I'm out.

I don't believe it is solely Dr Avalonne calling the shots in my fathers case, but Avalonne is very young in his practice and *should* have had a group studying my fathers case to help him come up with the best route. What happened is Avalonne said my dad would be fine with active surveillance for a year.. so Avalonne said active surveillance would suffice for the time. Which was not the case. The cancer spread outside of the prostate gland and into his lymphatic system over that years span. My father found this out when he went to Ridley Cancer center in SB, and professionals there told him that he needed to remove his prostate gland and that the cancer in fact escalated to too high of a PSA number for active surveillance. Ridley tree found this all out upon removing my fathers prostate gland- the surgeons had to take a lymph node next to the prostate. Active surveillance was what Avalonne suggested to my dad, and it turned out it was way too passive of an approach. Now I have to watch my dad struggle with the highs and lows of having cancer in his system and not knowing where. He will have to do radiation in the future, due to Avalonne and 'teams' "professional" advice and direction. It is an absolute shame of medical care and lack of attention to detail for my father, who spent the best time of his younger years working for the DOD USAF on Vandenberg for our country as a civil engineer. He finally was able to retire 5 years ago, and this was his reward for his years of service. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their approach. I can only hope to warn others to AVOID THIS LOCATION/STAFF. Happy Holidays.

I was told I wouldn't be able to get a cleaning or deep cleaning without getting a filling first. No explanation on why I couldn't get a cleaning or deep cleaning done without purchasing the filling. Just a "purchase this to get that." The whole aspect of that just felt scammy. If you want straight forward explanations and not feeling like you're being sold a service to get to be able to purchase an additional service save your time and go somewhere else.

Vivana, at the front desk, was incredibly kind and informational. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and trust me I had quite a few. The dental hygienist, Jill, provided a compassionate climate, showing she really cares about the patients wellbeing and comfortability the entire time. Dr. Coon showed great chairside manner and was really helpful with any concerns or questions I had. The building is very conveniently located with a cozy office that is tremendously welcoming. They even set out little snacks and beverages in a mini refrigerator for anyone in the waiting room to enjoy or take with them on the way out. I mean, you really cannot get any better service than this!

Every call I made they were so Great and so Helpful ! Mom went in for an X-ray and a consult with Doctor and she needed 2 teeth extracted. The Doctor was So Very Kind, So Sweet to my Mom, So Patient and So understanding! His assistant was also so wonderful and they were so sympathetic towards my Moms health. I asked if Doctor had time to do the extractions today so not to have to come back and Doctor said yes! He numbed Mom's mouth and we waited a bit and Mom got the extractions. On Friday he had me in ORIF surgery. Both pre & post surgery, he was clear about my role in the healing process. Hardware was removed 3 weeks ago. He cleared me for gradually increasing rehab on an ellipitical. He also gave me detailed instructions for other exercises. I truly appreciate his health-based, patient-centered approach. Dr. Sherieff and his staff have my utmost respect and thanks for getting me back on my feet, literally. I'm actually going to miss my regular visits but am happy for the reason.
