I got a call from "Linda" who was absolutely rude, didn't want to listen and didn't offer any means to help me. When trying to explain my situation I was totally dismissed by her. When I went into the office to make a formal complaint and get my paperwork, "the manager" couldn't really be bothered to step away from what she was doing to listen to my concerns, only expressed an apology, and didn't even bother to help me with the original issue. All this because I needed some paperwork filled out and the two doctors offices that are both dignity health couldn't be bothered. Will no longer patron this location.

My Chart is a godsend...it gives patients a direct line of communication via email, which is extraordinary. Even more than that, is Dr. Lane's timely response to questions posed! Dr. Lane's staff is exemplary! Assistant Mayra is an "angel"...she truly has the same care and concern for our well being and always has a cheerful greeting and sympathetic ear when needed. One of the many highlights of this office is getting timely attention to medical intervention with Dr. Lane or Pablo Rojas. Yvonne is the cheerful, friendly, caring voice you hear when you call.
