Right from my first meeting with Jamie, I felt very comfortable, zero judgement, I was free to bear my heart out to her and she diagnosed the root cause of my issues which was a life with no boundaries. I had the biggest light bulb moments I've ever had in my life during our sessions. I spent over a year with Jamie and each session was super refreshing. I looked forward to each session. She uncovered a lot of connections from my past that were affecting some of the decisions and choices I was making. It was mind-blowing. I am a stronger woman with firm boundaries because of Jamie's help. She helped me work through each childhood hurt that was causing me depression.
