Over the years, countless times on a ride i have stopped by with a flat or some other problem and they take care of me immediately. I get all my cycling supplies there, and off season Jim does amazing tune-ups for my bikes - they are like new when i get on them, and the price is always fair. I have had a professional bike fitting with Beth and it made a world of difference. Why would anyone ever go anywhere else? Phil

(Which, as an aside, was a godsend -- neither Dick's nor Walmart carried anything close to a 700cx23.) The staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable; they not only hooked me up with a new tire and tube (which saved the ride), but they also were able to fix my friend's derailleur AND to give us advice on getting off the busy road we had been on. Plymouth area bike folks are lucky to have such a great spot. One last thing (to the store): sorry if I left the old tire and tube lying around outside! Was (for apparent reasons) a little frazzled and may have forgotten to clean up after myself.
