During that time, they repeatedly assured me they would complete a purple and blue ombré dye effect starting at the bottom of my gown. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. We rarely received updates unless we showed up in person unexpectedly to ask for them. Even then, we were often told to "calm down" despite being just weeks away from the wedding with no dress to show for months of promises. No progress photos were ever provided, and none of the originally agreed-upon work was completed as discussed. Five days before my wedding, the dress was finally presented to me. Unfortunately, the quality was unacceptable. The dye work looked rushed and poorly executed, and even the bra cups had been sewn in sideways. It was clear that the level of care and craftsmanship promised had not been delivered. What was most disappointing was that my wedding vision was ultimately ruined without any opportunity to have the dress corrected. By delaying communication and repeatedly assuring us that everything was on track, Arlene's left me with virtually no options to fix the issues before my wedding day. This was an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking experience during what should have been a joyful time, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Amazing experience!…read more We rented a pontoon with family and friends for a weekend. Brent's customer service was exceptional. He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. It was meticulously maintained and clean and so much fun to use! No issues whatsoever with the rental and we'll definitely rent from Beimert again next time we go up North. Thanks, Brent!

I brought my bow in to be restrung and was given a timeline of 2-3 weeks max. 3 weeks had passed and no update on the bow. I call the store and the employee , who answered the phone, informs me that the string hasn't been delivered yet. When I ask for the timeline to the bow being finished, I was told the string wasn't delivered but should ship by that Friday and the bow should be done by the next week. Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

They were able to deliver our new boat, and we couldn't be more pleased. Jim did an awesome job showing us all the features, even down to making it easy to put on the cover. I am not one to post reviews, but the experience with Jim and BSM was just that good that I had to share!
