Since then she ignores their phone calls, the head honcho of the Wyomissing group blew them off when they contacted her about it. The property has since sold and still Nicole Kennedy of Coldwell Banker Realty has not paid her bill!

I had absolutely no…read moreclue how any of this worked (beyond what I looked up/researched myself) & was extremely nervous and intimidated by the whole thing....after all, it's not like buying something from target you can just return in a week if you hate the color. I could go on and on and on about how Kristen was 100% the most amazing and concise communicator, how she was always willing to point out things I may not have noticed as a first time buyer as well as offering tons of info from her own experience without ever seeming condescending or pushy at all, how she drove countless miles during this hellish economy and in the cold to view what I was interested in without ever making me feel like it was an inconvenience or a pain, or how with every single property we saw she was always just as diligent (if not more) to make sure everything looked as copacetic as it should....I could go on and on about all of that in detail, but I'll just have to say that my experience with her was nothing short of AMAZING. I ended up in a beautiful home That I've been extremely happy in, I was recommended an amazing home inspector and insurance company by her & have not woken up a single morning since moving and felt anything less than a sheer sense of deep joy and comfort. Thank you Kristen and Pagoda- it feels really good to be home.

Well, I have a mixed review. They have their strong points and their weak points. Initially when…read morelooking for a place, it took 3-5 days and me calling back several times to get someone to call me back and set up an appointment to see the rental properties. We qualified under their terms and then put our money down for a place. They said we were approved on their end but then the owner came back and disapproved us. They never said on what grounds this decision was based. They did explain that ultimately, the owner decides. Then, Keith worked diligently with me to include texting and calling me back late in the evenings to accommodate seeing the other properties until we finally found one. What I don't understand is the following: Why requests to see a property like some others on Zillow do not have appointments we can schedule ourselves on availability. Why they wont let us put our deposit down on a home we have not seen if we know we want that home. Its cash money people haha. Lastly, when we finally found a place we wanted. they sent our documents via email which is great. I wanted to clarify something in the lease in writing but the docusign does not allow that. Since we are 2 signers, they would not accept a pdf with the added language. I was finally able to get something via email confirmation to the lease and use docusign. Another issue we had was that the home did not have a garbage disposal. They said the owner would not allow us to put one in and pay for any maintenance. Not sure why?? Makes no sense to me. These should be negotiable items. So far, I found the ladies in the office to be very pleasant. That's definitely a feather in their cap. Will update once we move in and state whether the carpets were cleaned well and the minor fixes were done.

If this is how this company treats prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they treat actual…read moreresidents. On Friday, 6/26, my partner and I scheduled a showing for Monday, 6/29 at 4:30 PM. We were specifically told that no earlier appointments were available, that we were the first people scheduled to view the apartment, and that we would likely have the opportunity to rent it. Based on that information, we both rearranged our work schedules, found coverage for our shifts, inconvenienced several coworkers, and lost income just to make this appointment. Then, just five hours before our scheduled showing, we were told the appointment was canceled because someone else had already rented the apartment. The cancellation itself was frustrating, but the way it was handled made the experience far worse. When I expressed why we were upset after taking time off work and losing wages based on the information we had been given, the Leasing Manager working on Monday, 6/29, told me they didn't understand why I was upset and that this was "just the process." If that's truly their process, it's a process that shows little respect for prospective tenants' time, commitments, or finances. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience or a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Our time, our income, and the effort we put into rearranging our schedules apparently meant nothing. If you're considering renting here, be aware that even a confirmed showing may not mean much, and don't assume the company values your time the way you value theirs. There are plenty of property management companies that communicate honestly and treat prospective tenants with professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this one.

We cannot thank Mark enough for helping us find our first home! He was truly the best. Mark was…read morevery patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us many homes while being tolerant and understanding. He also knew so much about pricing, home updates/renovations and general buying/selling information. In addition, he has a lot of connections in the area that not only helped with the home buying process but also renovations and updates as well. Mark is an extremely trustworthy, down-to-earth and professional realtor. He went above and beyond. Mark answered all of our texts and calls promptly in the evening and on weekends. He even let us borrow his personal ladder. We highly recommend him!

I was so impressed with Mark from start to finish. I had 4 rental properties in Reading, PA that I…read morewanted to sell but had been delaying any attempt because I currently live 3000 miles away in Portland, OR and based on past experiences I wasn't confident that any of my previous Realtors could handle the task without my constant involvement and oversight. I searched reviews and finally made the decision to go with Mark. Best decision ever! Not only did Mark sell all 4 of my properties faster than I ever thought possible but he handled all of the little things that I was not able to do from so far away. I completely felt as if Mark handled these properties as if he was selling my own personnel home with the potential for a big commission and not the inner-city rental properties with less than cooperative tenants and the minimum commission possible. Among many other things he went so far as to find contractors when repairs were needed and most of all he did an amazing job working with (and most times around) the property manager that was handling my properties and was less than responsive. Overall Mark did an amazing job and I would very highly recommend him to anyone I know that is trying to sell a property. He is not only professional and skilled he is also friendly, a pleasure to work with and is incredibly patient. I always felt as if Mark had my best interests in mind every time he was dealing with potential buyers. I could go on and on about how impressed I was with Mark and how he certainly goes above and beyond, but will just say that if you have a property to sell...Mark is your man!
