Parents have lived here for two years, the only staff worth mentioning are the ones who maintain the property as it's beautiful. But a beautiful property doesn't mean much when the staff is terrible. Why is it always the managers who have the worst attitudes? I used the gym as a guest (dad has Parkinson's so I am helping my mom out, as I work remotely) for a few weeks. The woman at the front desk would not return good mornings, have a nice day, literally glared at me daily Was actually told to leave the property with a guest pass around my neck after two weeks of using the facility. The spot I found was dangerous and cars were whizzing by. I jumped onto a drain pipe, afraid to get into my car, and waited for help. FORTUNATELY a CHP officer arrived, and calmed the situation, friendly, courteous, and professional, then asked whether he wanted me to stay. He handled the whole situation, perfectly, even helping the tow truck get away safely, etc. This officer and office needs to be commended, for sure. I was so thankful (despite feelings about that pothole that has been there for awhile). The officer said he would report that to get it fixed! Very satisfied with the officer. 5+ stars.
