I needed a replacement bumper for a Citroen. They gave me the option of removing it from the old car for me, for a labour charge, which I agreed to. While they were removing it, they broke some lugs that are needed to attach it to the car, so the bumper they were going to give me was useless. I refused to buy the part, but they tried to make me pay the labour charge, which I also refused. As soon as they could see that I wasn't going to be a walkover, they shouted at me to leave. Also, they probably knew full well that they had broken the lugs, because they would have heard them snap, but they just carried on as if nothing had happened, and got defensive when I started inspecting it properly.
