My brother-in-law, who has a learning disability, thought our basement sink faucet could swivel…read morearound the base the same way a kitchen faucet does. So he kept turning it from side to side to wash away soap, tooth paste, etc. Over time, he basically "unscrewed" the faucet. By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. LOL. Will be giving him a call the next time I have a real job.

The one and only hiccup during the project was the cabinet delivery date, but this was at the tail end of Covid and he had forewarned us to expect a possible delay in the delivery.
