With just one or two people in line, either at the drive-thru or in the store, it seems like I have to wait 15-20 minutes. Every time. They have screwed up our prescriptions numerous times. You try calling them, but you're on hold for more than ten minutes. The last time I went in, the h00d r@t that waited on me was unbelievable. There was an issue with my script.
