Next to the fact that there exists no scientific evidence whatsoever that would prove their claim (fat burns faster in warmth), the program itself consists of simple stomach etc. crunches that everyone can do at home. In addition, they offer nutrition advice that, again, is already self-evident to anyone with some common sense (eat vegetables, do not eat fat foods, do not eat too much, start your day with a healthy breakfast). For this you pay up to € 99 a month, but in addition you pay € 25,55 for administration costs and the same amount for a 'broken month'. This all was not explained to me when I agreed to take a proof membership of one month, which I decided not to renew almost immediately, for above reasons. It was then that I realized that I had to pay for these extra costs as well. When I complained about this, I was told that they could not do anything, because I had signed the contract. Obviously it is my own stupidity to let myself be 'duped' into signing before I had the chance to read the fine print. Nevertheless I feel that I should have been told about the terms and conditions explicitly by the coaches. (They did offer me a chance to catch up with my missed training sessions as compensation though, outside of the period I had paid for.) Thus if you decide to give it a go, do NOT let yourself be talked into anything, and read the fine print before you sign the membership agreement.
