The google and yelp searches led me to Luggage Town which is in an Industrial park a few blocks away from Vaughan Mills Luggage Town is not just a town but a very packed city of suitcases and suitcase parks. The sole proprietor who runs it doesn't seem to be too hungry for business but happened to have enough time to take a quick look at my suitcase, complimented me on the suitcase, and rummaged through his brain whether he had a similar model to swap out the wheel. He believed he did and just told me to come back in an hour. He called me back in 50 minutes (within SLA!) and not only did he replace the wheel but he tightened all four of my wheel sections, all for $40 cash. I'm happy to consider this place for future gigs if I'm in a bind with my luggage. Glad to see one industry whose mom and pop shops aren't getting crushed by the big suitcase industrial complex!

We walked to the place…read morewith any appointment on a Friday evening @ 5:15 PM with two broken suitcases and airlines request recipient to fix them. He replaced one without any hassles as he could see the body of the suitcase was broken and is not fixable. He was gentle enough to ask us for the choices of colour and some suitcase type. He gave as a little better range suitcase than our Kirkland one. For second one, which was non-canadian Samsonite, wheel was broken. And he spent like 1.5 hours to find the best match. He replaced it with other wheel, suitcase was still wobbly. He scraped to make it of correct size. It still didn't get fix. So he requested us to leave our contact and he will replace both the front wheels. On sharing our details the guy realized we live far, so this gentleman went again in all his depository to find two same wheels which could fit, so that we don't have to come again. He could have simply asked us to leave the luggage and come back later. Or just could have asked us to come another day by appointment. He for sure knows how to do his job and provide an excellent customer service!

He's strict on his prices though (LOL) but they're already so low that I would be robbing him if I bought his stuff for any less. Ask anything you want and treat each other respectably and you will be treated the same that's how he's treated me and all my friends. Strongly Consider going here

I'll admit the bags are very nice and I would love to help support a small business out over Big Business especially if the owner is a muslim brother. However their lack of communication and customer sales brings this store very low. The Sellers advertise the store on LetGo using postal codes such as M4C or M1B yet there location is all the way Downtown in Young Street and Wellesley. If you make an advertisement Common Sense should tell you make the address the same as your location. They posted the ad on a facebook group called "Scarbough Buy and Sell Marketplace". Your location is not in scarborough, if your not in scarborough can you atleast be willing to meet up in scarborough. The answer to that is also No. So then simply please dont post an Ad in a Scarborough Buy and Sell Place. This confused so many other potential customers/buyers not only just me. Secondly when I asked the seller on Facebook and LetGo a simple question such as "Does the Bag cost $50 before tax or is the price including tax?" I just received a message by a named Malik who said They first send me a message "Yep Brand new lots of variety & colors available at ZAM ZAM..." I asked a 2nd time and he said "That's ok np". Wallahi I am not lying that is what he said to me. That makes me more confused more than ever and doesn't answer my question at all. I asked again and they just left me on read. What happened to the "Customer is King", it just goes to show their laziness and arrogance. But let me tell you their Customer Service their is absolute ZERO!! They scared away so many potential buyers/customers. Not only that but I feel there is a lack of communication in English a Language Barrier as I tried calling the store and speaking with someone they weren't able to answer my questions they kept me on hold saying they would get someone else to speak with me and they just left me on hold for 20 minutes and NO ONE came to me. I won't ever think of coming here and Neither should you. With Customer Service this bad i don't know how others can tolerate it. As a customer it really hurts me inside how you can treat someone like this. There are so many small stores out here like this one but for me I personally never want to be within a 100m radius of Zam Zam International. There are so many other small stores in Toronto but I really never witnessed customer service this horrible at this level. In Conclusion ZAM ZAM International is a BIG THUMBS DOWN and won't ever be coming here unless you want to waste your time by a bunch of idiots.

Repeating here my review I left in Google. I hate leaving…read morebad reviews, but in this case I feel obliged. I bought an average-size lightweight suitcase at this store and was initially very happy with its weight, size and price. I used it for a 10-day vacation. After just one trip (one way), one of the wheels started bending inward. On the return trip, the stitching on many joints came loose, and the external pocket ripped completely, exposing very poor-quality threads. While there may have been some airline-related damage, it was clear that if the stitching had been of better quality, the suitcase would not have been damaged so severely. Inspection showed this very clearly. The store owner refused to offer any remediation, insisting that the airline should reimburse me - even though the poor quality of the stitching was 100% obvious. In Canada, we have what is called an implied warranty, which by default covers all goods and services sold unless specifically stated otherwise (e.g., "as is" or with warranty voided). That was not the case here. I therefore expected at least some reimbursement, or at minimum, a discounted replacement. Unfortunately, no remediation was provided at all. Unfortunately (short-term) for me , and of course (long-term) for the seller. This is not the right way to do business. I hope very much that the owners will adjust their warranty practices and will become a solid, respectable and prosperous business, bringing joy both to themselves and to their customers!

Like the era past decor of the store, the return policy (warranty) follows the same mentality. One of the bags had begun to come apart at the seam and despite the 2yr warranty I was told no return, credit or exchange but instead I would have to trek the bag to the manufacturer on my on accord or pay out of pocket to have it repaired which was the case, $10 later. Do yourself a favor, stay away and deal with a reputable retailer.
