A couple of times, as it is often the case, the project required some extra costs due to the unforseen conditions of the door and the fan we purchased. Jose was very transparent in describing the reasons of the additional costs and updated our contract immediately both times. At each step we knew what we were paying for why. Based on our experience, this is not something to be taken for granted. The final job was absolutely high quality.
