Many of them were either made from recycled materials or had soy free ink, not the usual Hallmark crap. The store is a decent size & they have other random household items that they sell here. Yeah come in & take a gander, you never know what might find.

I had to…read morecall multiple times to see when my products would be ready and they texted the date and time for installation since the shutters weren't ready. The gentleman who installed them was very professional although one of the blinds was incorrect so he said they'd have to come back with the new one. There was no follow up and again I had to call to see when the correct one would be arriving. Again installation was an automated text and it was installed, without any personal contact from the company. Then finally my shutters arrived and one was mis measured so it doesn't close properly. I've called with no response and then the appointment again was texted over. I didn't confirm the appt but I got a call on the day the person was installing to tell me he had arrived to see where I was. I called to let someone know how disappointed I was with the customer service a few weeks ago and have not heard back, and still have a shutter that doesn't fit. Incredible.

A day after he picked up the blind, he called to say it couldn't be fixed, because he could not "compress it". George returned the blind damaged in two places. When I told him about it, he told me it was probably old and brittle and that he had to "force it". Why would he have to force a pleated cloth blind, regardless of the age!! When I told him I was disappointed, he made no apology. When I said I would let people know about his poor service, he said to me "Go ahead. What do I care?" Is this how consumers are treated today? After showing him pictures of our living room and explaining what we seemed to like, David showed me about 10-12 rugs and was very helpful explaining the differences between the styles/patterns, manufacture and quality, as well as appropriate sizing. With his guidance, I boiled it down to four and arranged to have them delivered to the house so we could see what they looked like with our furniture & colors (btw, I highly recommend doing this). My wife and I were so blown away, by how the rugs transformed the room, that we decided to buy one for our dining room as well. Both are hand-woven, tribal patterns from Afghanistan. Since then, I've taken four older rugs in for cleaning and one fringe repair....they look great! David and his team are exceptional at what they do. I could not be happier to have found and worked with a business like this - great experience all around!!

I understand you sign a waiver that states they can't guarantee spots will be removed but in my case they removed the dye from the rug, briefly mentioned it to me when I picked up my rug, never showed me what happened, and still charged me for the full cleaning despite damaging my rug. It seems like whoever was doing the cleaning didn't have enough expertise to know how to treat or clean my rug and irreparably damaged it. The fact that I was still charged the full amount for the cleaning felt disingenuous. They clearly knew they had damaged the rug as they mentioned it to me upon pick up. Not showing me the area affected when I was there felt like they were trying to hide their mistake. Be very cautious when you bring rugs here to be cleaned.

She did offer some advice on fit, but that did not compensate for her terrible attitude toward me especially after she told me the lampshade was over $200 dollars, using a condescending voice as if I couldn't afford it. Divine Design Center agreed and confirmed that the vanities arrived damaged and were not made to match our well planned designs. We are terribly disappointed with Divine Design Center. Our greatest upset is their reluctance to replace the vanities. The only solution was a patch and repair job; dismantle the damaged portions and modify the areas that lacked details. This is unacceptable. Custom designs should be 100% new; not damaged, patched or modified.
