She took great notes and remembered me during my next visit. I will say it's not the most relaxing of places compared to the spas you go to where you undress and get the warm robe. The music can be a little loud (slower modern hits, no typical spa music). HOWEVER, what you get for the money is incredible. The tables are still comfortable, there's a soft blanket and I just am sure to wear cozy clothes. The environment didn't stop me from almost falling asleep.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I left the salon with hair that was still partially wet and full of frizz. While everyone working there was super friendly, the service itself fell short. Because I have naturally curly hair, leaving it half-done just doesn't work for a blowout. She does a great job of not taking off too much length, but getting the split ends, and giving me the blunt style I'm looking for while maintaining some layers. I definitely plan to come back again! Bad costumer service! I don't recommend going here all due to the owners attitude towards her…read morecustomers. I went in and got a silk press. Usually I don't straighten my hair. But I wanted it bone straight so I tried going here! She didn't straighten my ends before I left they were frizzy. She said my silk press should last for two weeks and it didn't last for two hours. It got frizzy that night without added water or humidity. I went back for a refund and I expressed that this really upset me and made me feel insecure. And she said that's not her fault she tried touching me without my permission and rubbed me the wrong way. It's sad.
