To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!

I personally reached out to Tj via email to see if there was anyway he could come test my water again after the house fire. He said absolutely. I paid. Then he stated he would test it. I reached out to him several times via email as I never got the result back. I did receive an email stating ups did not deliver my results and he would be back that thursday to test again. He never showed up. Never responded to my emails. So, I paid for a service that was not provided to me then ghosted. Tj as a person seems like a very genuine person as a whole, but my last experince with his business was very unprofessional. I am now in the process of selling the location and need the water tested.
