My husband and I met with them a couple of times to arrange full upper and lower implants for him. We arranged the surgery date, and signed the contract and loan paperwork ($40,000). They canceled the surgery twice the DAY OF surgery, and acted as if it were no big deal. My husband has severe anxiety, so was highly stressed and incredibly disappointed as this was supposed to be a positive experience and outcome. As an hourly worker, it was also highly inconvenient for me as I arranged to take work off both times. On 3rd visit, we had a different surgeon that we had never met before and told us they could only do lower implants as my husband would need special surgery to do the upper implants, which had never been discussed with us before.They also said they couldn't do the specific surgery needed, and when asked, they had no referrals ready to give us of who could perform the surgery. My husband did get the lower implants done and was happy with them, and we were refunded for the part of treatment not completed. But the indifference we felt at the way we were treated, and the stress and anxiety he felt over what was supposed to be an exciting and positive experience to help him feel better, made us regret our choice of this business.

There was one point where we needed a quick fix, and they got us in right away! They even worked seamlessly with our insurance to manage the costs. Overall, the entire experience at this dental practice was positive and stress free, making a potentially complex procedure much easier for us. We'll definitely be back with our dental needs.
