When I reached out about having my prepaid laundry package refunded they dodged/ignored my emails for months, until I was finally told that they had "no logs complaints of wet or missing socks" and that their policy was no refunds, so I was out of luck. I understand that their policy is no refunds, but it certainly isn't good customer service practice to keep a customer's money without providing them with a service, or providing them with one that is so bad that they don't want to be a customer anymore. Definitely avoid, there are cheaper alternatives that provide better service.
