The Rav 4 is a hot item and the next shipment isn't expected to arrive until next month or so. Payton greeted us upon arrival at the dealership and went over the available options. I was provided the opportunity to do a walk through and test drive a Ford Escape, which is in the same category (compact SUV) as the Toyota Rav 4. While the Ford Escape would suit my needs, I prefer to view and test drive the Toyota Rav 4 (among other vehicles) before making any decisions, especially since this is such a large purchase. I'd definitely see Payton again when the Toyota Rav 4 is available. Great customer service and overall experience with this dealership, although they did not have the vehicle I primarily visited for/want.

Title: Fast, Honest, and Professional Service!…read more I recently had an issue with my 2017 Jeep Renegade -- it was cranking but wouldn't start. After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph's Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car -- everyone was professional and kind. I've heard a lot of good things about Randolph's, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They're an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! I highly recommend them if you're looking for fast, reliable service. Thanks again to the team at Randolph's Auto Repair for making the experience stress-free and positive!
