Used them several times. They can re-key ANYTHING. They've re-keyed a truck bed cover that didn't have a key, a key that for a screen door, certainly door keys. They are prompt coming to the house/mobile appointment. It was harder to catch them at the office because they are a small staffed place ... top notch! read more

Called and they came out right away and was here for like 10 min changed the lock and had 4 keys cut all for 105.00 for my business. it was perfect I have used them a lot over the years,, would not trust another company ever.. read more

After visiting their location on three separate occasions. I called their phone number. Only to be met with a very rude person on the other end. I asked if they were going to be opening the location up on a regular basis again. Rather then answer the question. I was given the run around. Finally I asked very directly and eas told it will be a while before she will be in there. After being told it is a hit or miss and to keep trying back. As if I have all the time in the world to spend my time driving out of my way to their business. I told them they will be missing my business. I was told to shut the f**k up and hung up on. They obviously are doing well enough to where they can afford to loose business. I hate they old owners are not there anymore. They were great people. read more

Locked the keys in my girlfriends car, and called this company to unlock the car. Technician called at 9:37 and stated he would arrive at my residence in 25 minutes. An hour later I was met by a rude, unprofessional technician. The tech shook my hand, stated he would need $29 for a service fee/estimate and it would cost me an additional $140 to unlock my car! The tech never actually gave me his name, he just demanded money. Tech told me the process was "complicated" and that's why it would cost so much. I watched as the tech inserted a bar into the car and hit the unlock button. Real complicated! The tech then again demanded $169. The whole time the tech had his shorts "sagging" well below his underwear, with the fly unzipped. I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever! read more

My son bought his first car and there was only one key, the kind with a chip in it. I heard Benny's could make them and called. I was told they could do it for most models and the price range was $35-$65, depending on the model. The key I needed turned out to be a $35 model and works great. Their service saved me a lot of money when compared to dealership prices for the same key. They had to order the blank (UPS, two days) and were really busy. I had to call to make sure someone was going to be in the shop when I came, the only reasons I held back the 5th star. read more
