I was caught off guard, but figured he double booked or something. Sadly, that wasn't the case. He sat and waiting for his next appointment. In addition, I was very unhappy with the haircut his coworker gave me. He went way shorter than I asked and barely used scissors. All electric clippers. On top of all that, I followed up with an email to Moe hoping to get some kind of explanation or clarification, as well as to express my disappointment. I did not get a response. Zero accountability.
