I find most barber's take my 3-on-the-sides, scissors-on-the-top, no spikes, and cover my bald spots as merely a suggestion. Not so with Ned. He can cut that style easily within 25 minutes. Second, Ned is one of the nicest people I know. He immediately puts you at ease and conversation just flows. Get your no fuss hair cuts here. He is a busy and popular dude, so don't expect to be seen immediately if you're walking in. The secret is out on Ned's.
