At what I call "The Burger Triangle", where my three of my favourite burgers are around Metro Fabre, Mange dans mon Hood, L'Hamburger and of course Dilallo. Compared to Ville Émart, That location is smaller and looks like more a bistro than a diner. The vibe is chill, 5,6 70s dude where talking to each others, all seated at a different table, a bit loud, but the conversation were funny to listen. You got casino machines in the back, with a few elders on it. I've ordered the classic Buck trio; Cheese, spicy pepper, relish, mustard , onions, tomatoes, lettuce. It supposed to have capicole which is delicious as well, but I got food restrictions, can't eat it this time. I've ordered with the bread wet, but the very young cook was more focused on his cell than his orders. He forgot to wet it, no big deal tho. And once again, the burger delivered, still frickin' delicious! And the fries, my boy! I forgot how they were so good. I never tried their poutine yet, but with fries like that it should be pretty good.

It's a cheeseburger that have a fried Mac N cheese patty on top of the actual meat patty. It also have Doritos in it (although the quantity of Doritos is often lacking or its very small you don't really taste / see it). The food is now good. They are known for their drink served in a mason jar. I found the jar have shrunk with time. It used to be served in the big one and now its the small one. The thing, at least at this location, that is often lacking is the service. It's slow, don't expect to do a come and go. You will run out of water and probably never see anyone to fill it. The music is also very loud, but I mean very, like night club music. It's the ambiance they go for.

The menu is mainly chicken but there's also bowl. The decor is like 60s restaurant you could find about everywhere which is nice. There's even 2 arcade near the door. This is because everything is freshly prepared and cook in the back so nothing left on the heater (except maybe sides). This place seems to have lots of problem with missing stuff. There was 3 items in the menu (mainly chicken cheese puff I wanted to try) that were not available. They were also out of knife which mean when a family ask for some, the chef came out from the back with his own butcher knife and cut the food. Nice but shouldn't be needed (and dangerous). As for the food itself, we tried the tender with oignon rings. I took the red one which are spicy and tasted like beets! Was good. If you like fried chicken, it cannot be more fried than that. The chicken was juicy and the skin crunchy. The oignons rings were few (not even 10 pieces) and cold, which show me it wasn't freshly made like the chicken. You have the choice of a sauce (or you can pay extra). There's about 10 selections from which you can choose. When you take the trio, you can select your side. Popcorn butter, mac and cheese, oignon rings and more. It remind me of chicken guy in the states, but with a smaller menu and lot less dipping sauce. Will I come back? Maybe, it was good, I wouldn't say don't go there specially if you're craving fried chicken (it's better than pfk and less greasy). Every meal are served in a to go box and a real plate. I think they should ditch the box or make them available on the sides cause that create a lots of unnecessary waste.

It's awesome to have a local diner in the neighbourhood because it really embodies local flavours. A family owned business with a very friendly owner. We've done take out a few times here and the food is definitely consistent. Their subs are amazing. Their pizza was okay. Too thick for my personal liking. Their poutine is pure diner style and wasn't my favourite but their fries are delicious by themselves. If you're in the area and craving some good junk good, it's a better alternative than some of the other options.
