I live in Providence so thought selecting the Providence ENT would be the way to go as there…read moreappeared to be only one other option in the Cache Valley area. I thought I was meeting up with a doctor but was scheduled with a Nurse Practitioner, Jaime. Normally folks are given the option but not here? Weird, because all my bills state a specific doctor's name but I've yet to meet a true MD. All different names. My appointment lasted 10-15 minutes but I waited 35 minutes as they were behind. Jaime advised I go on Allergy shots which would last up to 5-7 years... maybe longer if I like them. She told me I must have been hit in the face at some point because my nose is crooked and needed 3 types of surgeries. Lol, wow. As you exit the appointment, conveniently you can schedule your new upcoming surgery. "We advise you to do this now because these surgeons are busy, In fact we are 3-4 months out BUT we just had a cancellation." I declined as the whole appointment was just odd. Now the Allergy Shots in Providence review... The office is very small and sometimes it's a win, sometimes it's a fail. Sometimes they close early in which notifying folks via text would be fantastic! Especially when you e been sick and don't get a weekly update. My huge peeve is the Allergy Clinic tells you they close at 4:30. If you roll in at 4:31, NO. If you roll in at 4:30, No. If you show up at 4:29, Sorry. If you come in at 4:28 - " Sorry, we give our last shot at 4:28 and close at 4:30." If you come in at 4:27 - "Listen, I shouldn't be doing this but will this one time." You don't know if you want to laugh or walk away livid. I couldn't refer this place out to a family or friend because I seem to complain way too much when it's my "shot" day. The atmosphere odd as you must walk through the medical office waiting room and through the hall of appointment rooms. Just keep your head forward and walk to the end where there is another desk. Here you'll find some college kids that run the desk and some preform the shots. Most of the time I feel like the people are mad if I'm coming in at 4:25 and it's just awkward. Sitting for 20 minutes. How is this possible for someone who works a M-F / 8-5 job? No weekend appointments, sporadic early closures, and the dread each appointment of how I'm going to be treated when I move my work schedule around taking an hour of unpaid time to come get my allergy shot. It's like "NO SOUP FOR YOU!" I applaud Logan ENT hiring folks to really make clients feel belittled for arriving at 4:28, saying their system is shut down - we are closed. LOL! Stop... the office doesn't truly close until 5:00pm, the medical portion. I guess I need to take 1.5 hours off of work on shot days? I hear the other place in Logan that offers shots isn't much better and the option is Ogden? Customer Service is Key in a small town... They really should hire a more compassionate team and lose the complimentary stink eye. I would have lost my job if I treated clients like this.

I moved to Cache Valley a year ago and really appreciate that we have exceptional ENT providers in…read morethe valley. I have been to Cache Valley ENT multiple times over the past year and find them to be excellent specialists. I have a long history of ENT problems resulting in many sinus, tear duct and ear surgeries. I completely trust the doctors and PAs. So far, I have had appointments with Dr. Bennion (now retired), Dr. Deere, Dr. Blotter, Spencer (Audiologist), PA Brock, and the Allergy Clinic. I highly recommend all of them!
