I met Dr Fuller, who has been amazing in every way possible. She is extremely intelligent, explains things in a way you can understand, and will spend quality time with you. She has seriously been a godsend. I'm getting to a point where I am feeling relief. She even gives me effective exercises to do at home which have been helping. Everyone here is so friendly, positive, and will put a smile on your face. I've brought my daughter with me several times, and they have always been so sweet to her. One Star--Because Zero Isn't an Option…read more I've waited over a year to write this review--partly because I'm a hopeful person, and partly because I thought maybe things would improve. Spoiler alert: they didn't. When I first started coming here, I loved it. I saw both the chiropractor and the massage therapist regularly and thought I had found my healing oasis. The chiropractor was fantastic... until they left for greener pastures about a month in (and honestly, I can't blame them). Not long after, the clinic decided to stop accepting insurance for massage therapy. Annoying? Sure. Understandable? Possibly. But here's where things went completely off the rails. Suddenly, I started being scheduled for doctor's appointments--without being told. I'd show up expecting a quick adjustment, and they'd casually inform me I needed to see the doctor first. Surprise! If I had the time, maybe that wouldn't be so bad. But I don't carry around a spare 30-60 minutes like I carry lip balm. I asked them (politely!) to please notify me before scheduling anything else. They agreed. And then... they did it again. This time, I had to leave. I had things to do, like most humans with jobs. They nodded, said they understood. And then bam! a late cancellation fee showed up like an unexpected plot twist--except not the fun kind. The kind that hits your wallet. I tried calling. I left messages. I played phone tag with ghosts. No manager ever called me back. Six months later, they charged my card on file without warning. I disputed it with my health savings account, but the clinic claimed I canceled late--on an appointment I didn't even schedule. They created a mystery appointment and then charged me for not showing up to the mystery. Sherlock Holmes couldn't solve that one. Bottom line: I came here for wellness and left with a headache and a bill. If you value transparency, communication, and your bank account, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

He thoroughly answers any questions I have had. I feel comfortable there and like the fact that it isn't your typical chiropractor sweat shop. He spends the entire appointment time treating you. The Results: After a car accident, I decided to give him a try. I was in pain, had limited motion in my neck, and had frequent headaches. So, a coworker referred Dr. Adam to me, and he recommended the solution on my first visit, acupuncture and few corrections. It works so well, I don't even need to carry ibuprofen with me anymore! He's also a nutritionist and specializes in an arsenal of techniques to get you feeling better no matter what your problem may be. Office hours are great, he's really flexible (same day visits are possible), and customer service is top notch.
