I'm usually there for about 90 minutes and it's as if I went to visit my friends. After I get over having to weigh myself, I seat myself in my favorite seat (as long as nobody already has it). While they are mixing my medicine, I get comfy with my iPad, phone, and beverage. Once the IV is in, we all begin talking with the nurses and with the other patients. It's like family time - catching up on the previous two months. Ashley and Alexis work so well together - they help each other so that no patient has to wait too long. If one is busy, the other picks up the slack - - I often hear people speaking negatively about medical office staff - - not here. This is an excellent infusion room and I'm thankful for them!

He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.
