DJ Blackrick owns the two Pittsburgh locations - Wexford and Castle Shannon. He has a staff of not just great musicians but great teachers. My only criticism is sometimes the communication can be better in regards to song assigments. Any issue we have ever had was addressed quickly. DJ is aware and hands on with his business. We live in the south hills and the local vendor wanted $400 and two months to fix up the flute. Brighton Music Center in the north hills phoned about two weeks after we brought it in and gave us an estimate. We were informed the flute pads contained mites so all the pads had to be replaced and the case interior was no longer useable. Another week went by and it was finished and ready for pick up. The total cost for replacing all the pads and a new Gator Pro case was still less than $400. I recommend them highly and worth the drive if you don't live close by.
