I called this morning and spoke to Betty who couldn't be nicer and more professional. Betty spoke to me about different options and different prices for each arrangement option. The prices were more than reasonable, and there was no delivery surcharge. Within hours, the flowers were delivered to my friend's room and they are positively gorgeous. My friend's boyfriend sent me a picture, and I got to speak to my friend, post surgery. She said the flowers put a giant smile on her face. I definitely felt I got my money's worth.
