Some antiques, some restored antiques and some new things. They had furniture, soap, decorative elements, some cute driftwood/recycled wood frames I have been looking for for a while, and some other items. All good stuff. We were mostly left alone to browse at our leisure which is fine with me, I hate being followed around while I stop and look and take Yelp photos. They didn't have a huge selection of items but what they did have appeared to be priced fairly reasonably and of good quality. If you are looking for some items you probably won't find at a local retail chain, this could be a good option.

I loved the posts but knew it was impractical to keep the bed due its size so imagine how happy I was to hear about Monticello Antiques. Irene and Dave were able to enlarge the bed so it can accommodate a queen mattress, which is what I wanted in the guest room. They worked with me to design the headboard so it would be taller and more updated than the original and Dave fixed the posts where additional carving was needed. It just turned out beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased. You cannot buy the craftsmanship of this bed in today's world. Thank you, Irene and Dave for the love and care you gave to my grandmother's bed. It is lovely!

They had water and a few different kinds of hot beverages available. We began walking around, going from one room to another. It was great. There was a lot of furniture to browse through along with house decor. The pricing range was wide, which made for a fun shopping experience. I was on the hunt for house decor, and a friend of mine was on the hunt for a piece of furniture. She almost found a piece. The staff were around and helpful. Some were busting their tail getting the furniture out where it needed to go. Everything was very well organized. It gave off Magnolia vibes. About $100 later I ended up with a few things that I am in love with. Note: Give yourself about 60-90 minutes to do an in depth walk through so you don't miss anything There is bathrooms available as well. It can get cold in there as this is a warehouse.

That all changed as soon as the industrial cottage got ahold of her. I cannot believe how great this bathroom cabinet turned out. I wanted something specific for my downstairs guest restroom and I had searched high and low to find the right piece and could not find it. We just happened to be driving by the industrial cottage and because I was on the prowl for a piece of furniture I made my husband stop. When we first walked in, I knew I was in the right place. It screamed me! They had several large pieces but nothing small like what I was really looking for. I eyed this cabinet but it was much taller and I knew it would be too tall, so just when I was about to leave and throw in the towel the sweetest lady came over and asked me what I was looking for. I explained how I liked the piece but it was too tall. She said it was not a problem they could cut it down, paint it whatever I wanted, and it completely customize the piece for me. She helped me pick the most absolutely perfect color and just walked me through the entire process. I was then rang up by I am assuming the owner. He was just as nice and helpful as his mother in law. I knew the piece would be good but never expected it to be this good!! Best part was it was on sale and literally worth every penny I paid for it and more!! I cannot wait to get more pieces from them! It's like buying art and not just some piece of furniture you can get at any box store.
