The location is a restaurant, bar and convenience and liquor store all in one. Our server took our order and brought our drinks out shortly after. To eat, we ordered the Rockfish Bites which came with "beach fries" and a dozen blue crab to share. The dozen crabs were $48 - you also could do all you could eat crabs for the same price and you got chicken, hush puppies and fries. We figured that was too much, so we opted for the dozen to share amongst 4 people. I think it was a perfect amount for us and how hungry we were. Our server could've been better. We needed paper on our table and she brought it out as our crabs came out so we had to pick everything up, our drinks and apps off the table for her to set it down. We also wanted more drinks and other things and had to call her over. Wasn't the best, nor worst service. We were staying at Frontier Town almost directly across the highway, so convenience factor was high.

I spoke with Greg on the phone to be sure I could receive the round in time (I had procrastinated). We hit every souvenir shop that was open on the island and this was one of them. We ended up buying a few items from the T Shirt Factory, shirts, sweatshirts and knick-knacks. Over priced souvenir stuff that you would expect at all the shops. The only stand out difference of the T Shirt Factory was the rudeness of the two staff workers. Imagine people who hated their jobs, or tourists, and let you know that. I am embarrassed that I did not return the items that I bought. These two store clerks are not reflective of the friendly people we met on the island during our stay. But don't reward rudeness by spending your money at the T Shirt Factory when there are many other shops where the workers are much nicer. Please shop those stores.

I see some very negative reviews, but we (Black and Asian with kids) had a wonderful experience at this store. No bad vibes whatsoever! We fell in love with an old artwork of Chincoteague displayed at a local restaurant, and we visited this store hoping to find a copy. Store owner went above and beyond to go through their collections to find exactly we were looking for. This made our day! During the checkout, we noticed a big bumble bee and Bernie Saunder's crochet displayed (not for sale) by the counter, and the store owners told us that the local lady made those crochets for them. We couldn't get over how cute and well-made they were, then the store owners even offered to contact her for us!
