This may sound like such a trivial thing, but she remembered what I said and I didn't have to repeat myself. She quickly identified my policy and was proactive about identifying how to change my payment info. She offered to email my renewal and I received it within 15 seconds. She wanted to stay on the line to make sure I received the email. She also pulled up the phone number to call and asked me if i wanted her to patch me through.
