I don't know about you but when it comes to dealing with things like researching your best options for Health Coverage everything seems to be in another language, nothing ever feels straight forward, and I always end up confused or worried I am not making the safest and/or most frugal choices for my specific needs. I have many insurance needs and have dealt with a few brokers over the years. My search is over. Larry actually took the time to meet me in person, over lunch. He knows his business. Insurance is his life and that is the guy you want on your side. In this case I needed health insurance for my family and I. Larry did a lot of work for me. He explained it and showed me how to lower the cost. As a result I now have much better insurance, at a lower cost with even less of a deductible! What else can you ask for? Their office staff can't do enough for you. If your contact is out, they don't just take a message, they actually help you and resolve your problem. What can I say, AMAZING 5+ Star Service! This is my second year dealing with Benefit Packages / Gus, so obviously this review is long overdue. These guys are as good as it gets. Patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Last year he assisted me and my wife in obtaining medical insurance, went over all of my options thoroughly and I was extremely satisfied. This year again he followed up with me via email to remind me of the new options which were available to us. When I called him he went over those options, costs and coverage thoroughly. I even had him look at other options but ultimately decided on a third option lol. He did a lot of leg work for us. This time it was for my wife, mother in law and myself and he was AWESOME! Was able to score an awesome PPO plan! He sent me a confirmation email, followed up with paperwork, emails and requests and called me back to make sure I made the payment before the allowable date! After two hours on hold with Covered California, I found an option to leave my number and wait for a call back instead of sitting on hold all day.
