Jesse was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful -- taking the time to show me different colors and explain the best way to apply each product. It's rare to find someone so genuine and patient -- thank you, Jesse, for making my visit such a great experience!

When me and my little sister first walked in, we knew it was a little sketchy as there was only one…read moreother person in there apart from us. My original design was declined, and she said that the nail design was "for the city" which I'm guessing means the design I chose was better for someone more skilled than her. I understood and I'm glad she mentioned it. However, when I'd chosen a more simple design she still managed to mess it all up. I had a woman with short hair work on me and my sister had a woman with long hair. We both got manicures and pedicures. We were there for multiple hours. My sister's nails turned out slightly good but mine were all bad. The French tips are chunky, my nail overall is chunky, uneven application, and poor design choices. Additionally, my cuticles are sore. Plus, the lady kept dragging me all around the room and was quite rude and rough. Not relaxing or soothing at all. They also had this music on loop, so if you can't deal with repetitive sounds don't come here. I'm not even sure if my technician was properly qualified. She did awful nail art and couldn't make straight lines or a circle. If you're looking for a place to get plain old acrylics, that might be the only thing this place is qualified for.

She highly raved about this place and they did not disappoint. They offer wine and water and when we arrived they were not busy at all as it was early morning. Juan assisted in setting up my nails and was very friendly and communicative. Jenny then took over and finished the new set. My new set was acrylic with gel polish, almond shape and matte finish. The pricing was reasonable. My friends set was beautiful however there was some nail polish left on the skin of some of her fingers. We both got gel and they soak your hands in this bag of purple liquid that hardens and looks waxy. The liquid is nice and warm and leaves your hands really soft. However, I wish they would have asked if we wanted to take our rings off beforehand as they have some wax stuck in them. In the end, we were still very satisfied and the customer service and overall service was great. Jenny was very patient and did not rush on doing my nails. It was one of the few times were someone didn't make me bleed or burn me with the filling machine. I would recommend you give them a try!

I wasn't going to leave a review before but after a recent encounter with them in person, here we…read moreare. Also, tried to leave a google review but google turned off their reviews due to a "Suspicious high-volume of high-rated reviews". Hmmm interesting timing since I told them I was going to leave a bad review. So obviously they over-inflate their ratings. Just adds to their sketchiness. First of all, I came in for a palm-sized tattoo and it took 4 hours to do. During those 4 hours, another client came in for a touch-up, after the artist told her to come back later, she started talking badly about her the moment she walked away. Next thing, she's consistently on her phone, talking on the phone, making this take 10x longer than it needed to be. Reaching the 4 hour mark, she has her friends-with-benefits dude come in and sit in a chair watching me get this tattoo. It's just straight up weird because I have 0 clue who this guy is. Now that he's there, she's now rushing to get the tattoo done and while she's rushing, she cuts me SEVERAL layers way too deep in several spots. It's ironic because she was talking an awful lot of trash about some other local artists, but homegirl can't even stay in the right skin depth. Overall, incredibly weird and awkward encounter. She offered a free touch-up, which is standard but I'd rather not get mutilated again, be trash-talked about the moment I leave the shop, and have a random dude watching me.
