The reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is because when entering the store some of the women who worked there gave me looks and made me feel like I was being watched and judged. I was greeted hesitantly, and then the employees started talking amongst themselves. Sadly I noticed this is a trend in most Ulta stores. Thankfully there was the sweetest woman working in the high end makeup section who was like a breath of fresh air from all the other stores. She was very happy and down to earth, and even complimented me on how beautiful my makeup looked. She would be the main reason I would consider returning to this store. She was not pushy whatsoever, gave me space to look for however long, yet gently made sure that I was finding everything i needed and was willing to help. The store was well stocked, especially in the high end makeup section (which I have pictures of). They had a lot of palettes that the others don't have in stock, such as the Jaclyn Hill palette. A few brands were missing testers, but did have the actual product right behind it. Every brand had almost their entire line on display, something that is odd for Ulta. Another thing that was surprising to me was that they had almost all of the Organix hair products, whereas other stores only have a few different ones. This Ulta is almost 40 minutes away from my house, but I am willing to travel for the customer service. My experience here was a good one, besides the few judge mental workers (which is to be expected I suppose). So long as I can shop in peace, I'm good. I will definitely be returning!

The change from Rite Aid to Walgreens is the WORST thing I've seen happen to this place. I just…read morewitnessed something that INFURIATED me. An elderly women.. probably about 80 years old approach the pharmacy and told the tech that her medications weren't in the bag when she picked it up the other day. She explained that she paid for the medication but when she got home it wasn't there and it wasn't in her car. The pharm tech basically said well it's not our fault and it's not here so you can buy it again for $400. Regardless of who was right or wrong the way this pharmacy tech reacted to this elderly women was unacceptable. She was so rude and so confrontational. Walgreens needs to offer some conflict resolution and therapeutic communication classes for their employees. Instead of offering the women help or getting a manager the pharmacy tech was simply just rude. On multiple other occasions I've witnessed cashiers in front with notable sighs of annoyance and frustration. Poor customer service. Poor attitudes. The confrontation ended with the customer saying that she's going to get her prescriptions filled elsewhere and I think I agree with her and I'll be taking my business elsewhere as well.

I ended up finding The Waxery and booked a partial set- which I'd never even heard of- with Sheyanne. There was ample parking when I got there. The studio was really cute and clean! Sheyanne is a GD sorceress. She fixed my lashes and gave me EXACTLY what I'd asked for. I wanted a cat eye, natural look and boom! They were the perfect length and thickness. The partial set was absolutely perfect- I liked it even more than what I normally get done!!! She was also able to give me brown lashes. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fix up. Sheyanne was sweet, accommodating, and so easy to chat with. I left feeling amazing and so did my pockets! The price was unbeatable. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back when traveling. Absolutely worth giving The Waxery a try!
