Multiple calls and texts from owners asking him to fix it. The company he uses couldn't figure it out, and he doesn't want the "hassle of finding another company," his words. When questioned why it's taken 3 months to figure out a problem, he then resigned stating the building takes too much of his time. Also, he doesn't seem concerned with the safety of the unit owners. One owner who is a hoarder and other unit owners have complained about the smell and piles of stuff outside his door also leaves pornographic magazines outside his door. There is a camera facing that door but the cameras haven't been fixed in months. Unit owners have asked numerous times to fix the cameras. Again, his response is very nonchalant. Make sure if you paid a special assessment, the work that needs to get done actually gets done. He claims his company performs building management, which by the way I believe is just him, but definitely it's not the result. Anything more than a broken washing and drying machine is too much to handle.

On the first day our home went up for sale, frozen rain had laid out a sheet of ice along the driveway and front entryway. Melvin went early in the morning to salt all slippery areas making it safe for the 6 showings he had lined up that first day. Jennifer, the person handling the close had the financials wrong, instead of wiring my loan company the balance, she popped it in the mail. Four days after the close and multiple calls to my bank regarding my loan balance, I called B&W. No one could help me and had to track the closer down! Once they found her, she called me to tell me I should never insinuate that she was stealing my money. I told her the money was supposed to be wired first thing the next day (I had an afternoon close and B&W doesn't wire money in the afternoon) and that is wasn't. She never reached out to my attorney or my B&W realtor to say she couldn't locate the wire instructions and needed them again. She couldn't even bother to provide a tracking number so I could verify that she sent the money. I would stay away and go anywhere but here!
