In March of 2022, I hired Mark and Bend's Party Bus on short notice for a pub crawl to celebrate our 11th annual "Ski Mancation" weekend in beautiful Bend, Oregon. The all-inclusive per/hour fee was competitive, and we even received a discount for booking 5 hours. I didn't know exactly how many guys in our group of 12 would give up a day of skiing/boarding to go brewery-crawling with me, but Mark happily booked us into their 10-person stretch Chrysler for the day. I paid the fee over the phone, and we were all set. Our initial group of 6 became 9 as we met more of our group at the final stop, and our driver happily accommodated. I requested an 11am-4pm service with unlimited stops, and that's exactly what we received. We were picked up from our AirBnB exactly on time, then driven safely from one brewery to the next. I provided our driver with a list of breweries in advance, and he stayed nearby, always ready. It made for a great day, not having to worry about transportation. We visited 5 breweries in 5 hours, and could only have done that with the help of Bend's Party Bus. Thanks for making it a great day! We'll see you again in Feb, 2023! read more

Do not use this company. Our dear friends booked a large bus for a birthday celebration trip. The driver wasn't engaging or friendly at all. We also weren't able to use the bathroom on the bus because it was disgusting. and the worst part was at the end I gathered a large cash tip, even over and beyond 15% and when I gave it to him I asked him to NOT charge the CC for the tip and instead take this cash to which he agreed and then they charged my friend anyway and would NOT refund her. I should have read the reviews!! Mark, the owner, was our driver and not friendly at all. We were a tame group but he was rude. No water on the bus when the website and contract say they provide water. The bathroom was not clean and none of used it. My friend collected cash for a tip and asked him not to charge my card for it and he said ok. He had already charged my card and wouldn't refund it. He should have told her it was taken care of!!! read more

I was part of a bachelorette party, and our limo did not show up at the scheduled time. My friend who coordinated the initial appointment called several times with no answer. We never actually got a limo, but they did send a party bus 45 minutes after our scheduled time. Jon, our driver, was excellent and entertaining in spite of everything. My friend's Google review below: "Beware! We booked a limo for 1pm but they never showed. Took me calling (multiple times) to finally get a response and they finally sent a different vehicle. I had to rebook all reservations. They offered an extra hour, which we didn't need or use. Then Mark, the owner, has the audacity to say they did reach out in advance and we used the extra hour - totally gaslighting me. Not sure if it's because I'm female? Not too impressed with Mark and his management of the company. Had I not called him and texted him several times, I'm not sure if his driver would have shown up. Once the bus did show up, I was expecting a nice white party bus (for my daughter' bridal party). The bus was white. It was old. It sounded like a tractor trailer. The door didn't open properly and it was HOT AS HELL inside. Even though there was a "no smoking" sign in the bus, it smelled like an old bar. The sound system sounded ok but we had to scramble to find a cord to hook into the antique stereo system...since the other cord "had gotten stolen" - says the driver who has a bag of ice on his forehead. I don't recommend this business. We hired Bends Party Bus to shuttle guests and offer them as a designated driver for partying guests. The Bends Party Bus aka Hopkins Enterprise went to the wrong hotel. Guests were calling us. I called Mark, owner, and he was at a different hotel. I had booked this many months ago and checked in with him at least once, and confirming one last time last week. By the time he made it to the correct hotel, there were no guests. They had opted to drive and didn't want to be late for the wedding. Called Bends Party Bus and explained the situation and expected some type of refund for the mixup that was his fault. He offered nothing. He said he was going to do what he was going to do. Note: he had been paid in full. I just don't want anyone else to be cheated by this guy. He says "We're the fun ones!" Not true!! read more

Worst experience I've ever had with renting a service like this. They did not pick up my party after dropping us off and we were promised that we would be picked up anywhere as long as we let them know 20 mins prior. I asked the driver to at least drop off our stuff that we had left on the bus and we never got any response. We had a $60 unopened bottle of alcohol that they stole from us, and they tried to say we "trashed" the party bus even though half of our party was stone sober and knew there was not a mess. They're now trying to charge me an additional $150 fee, even though there were other parties that night and they have no proof of us leaving a mess! Do not book with them. Do not use this business! I don't care if your military or a priest. This business is a joke. Booked this company months in advance for a wedding. I even confirmed it two days before where the pick up was and time. The day of the wedding Mark and his other bus did not show up at the pick up point. Guests drove themselves as to not be late to the wedding in Sisters. I called Mark and he was at the wrong hotel for pick up. He then went to the right hotel and everyone had to take another bus company and left as not to be late to the wedding. Mark and his other bus did show up at the end of the evening, but again were late and the all guests were gone. Did we get a refund or partial refund for his screw up? Hell no. Took a group of friends for an unofficial Xmas party, asked the driver if we could extend our time. The driver confirmed we could and the rate would be 100.00 additional per hour, I paid for 2 additional hours in cash. I see a charge on my card the next morning for 180.00. When I asked what it was for and was told it was the additional time we used. When I told the owner we had paid his driver, he confirmed with the driver and admitted he took the money but will not refund what he charged my card. Don't use this service. If you do not get a receipt, you will be stuck with the charge. read more

Rented this service for an outing with friends. Bus wasn't nice but they did let us bring our dog onboard which was great. Driver got lost causing us to go over on time by an hour and be late for our dinner reservations. No big deal right up to the point where they over charged us for almost two hours with no explanation. Called multiple times for clarity and only got the run around and never a call back as promised. We booked this service for a trip to the Prineville Horse Races on 7/14/2018. The owner/driver had a bad attitude from the start. We were quoted $525 for a round trip for up to 20 passengers. When we ended the night we were told the total was $630. This equates to an automatic 20% gratuity. We ended up paying another $100 I'm gratuity without knowing the owner/driver would charge the automatic gratuity. The owner operator was very unprofessional throughout the trip and when we found out that he did not disclose the additional 20% gratuity would be charged. I will be disputing the additional charges with my credit card and will highly discourage anyone from using this company read more

The drivers were surly, the buses were dirty, and there were several guests left at the reception after the last bus left When I called to discuss this with the owner, he in essence called me a liar! My parent's are small business owners, so I know how reviews can affect a company and I hate writing negative reviews. In this situation though, I feel like I have to write this review to let people know what they're getting into before they decide on using this company. My friends and I decided to do the ride share option for my friends bachelorette party, which still cost us $550.00. To start, the driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up for dinner, which ran us behind and messed up our dinner reservation. We understood though, and didn't make a big deal of it. Things were not so bad until I called the driver at 12:30am to pick us up from the bar we were at. He said "be there in 10 mins." Then, he calls me 15 minutes later asking if we are okay riding with another group. I say that's fine when will you be here? Again, he says "10 minutes." 15 minutes later he texts me saying "have one more drink and I'll be back soon." It is now 1:50am, over an hour past when I first called him, and the bar is about to kick our group out because they are closing, and we are the last people there. I tell him this and he responds 15 minutes later, saying, "sorry I can't talk right now." at 2:15am my friend calls him to say this is not okay, we are all standing on the street corner freezing outside, and we called you almost 2 hours ago to pick us up. He responds, not by apologizing, but by saying "you need to be patient. I drive drunk people every weekend, you are all drunk and you are confused on the timing of our conversations, it has not been that long." I am pregnant, which obviously means I am completely sober, and furious at his accusation and lack of apology. He finally shows up at 2:40am. No apology whatsoever. Thank god for Summit bar in Bend, they felt so bad for us, and didn't feel safe leaving us outside alone for so long, they assigned us a bouncer to stay with us for the hours it took for our driver to show up. To make matters worse, the driver is also the owner of the company, so if you experience service like we did, there is no one higher up to help you. If you don't want to pay over $500.00 to wait in the cold for over 2 hours for your ride, DO NOT book this company for your event. read more

WORST COMPANY EVER Tentatively held a date for a bachelorette party and they asked for a deposit but ended up charging me for the whole amount. When I called back a day after holding the date but 3 weeks prior to event, stating that I understand I will be out the "deposit" but need to be reimbursed for them charging me the whole amount (they charged $2000 to my debit card instead of $500) I continually called to agree that they could keep the $500 but please refund me the $1,500 they charged without my knowledge, they continually gave me the runaround. I ended up having to call my banks fraud line and they went after him and I finally got my money back. The guy is a jerk and his wife that answers the phone is a coward. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. He could have had $500 but instead he got nothing because he is greedy and incompetent of running a successful business. read more
