Her studio advertised 'Yoga on the Beach'. Even though I have been an aspiring yogi for many years, I had never done yoga on the beach before and have always wanted to do that! So,I got up early one morning and headed out to the beach on a rather hot morning. Gina greeted me with an enthusiastic and friendly welcome, told me how to position myself for the best breezes, and was just so kind and perky. She kept the mood light, but still managed to get us into a variety of different poses. It was just a perfect way to start the day! Gina was great and I wish her much success in her business!

They all make the environment very welcoming for newcomers. The space is wonderful as well. Windows and warmth. Always plenty of parking too. They moved from the original smaller studio to a new larger space one block away a few years ago, and it is gorgeous - bright and roomy and very welcoming. There are a wide variety of classes offered for every yogi - from introductory to more advanced. The teachers are all highly experienced guides, and I always walk out of the studio feeling healthier in body, mind and soul.
