Sara helped us make great selection among 10 ciders. Cidery offers are all "dry" ciders. There are some really unique flavors. You cannot go wrong with the ciders here! If you cannot decide, you can get some samples to make the perfect decision or you can get a taster. The ciders are 6 dollars for a solid pour. Imperial is less than a pint due to percent alcohol! Great pours! The cidery does have some food such as humus and charcuterie boards. The atmosphere is great at this location. Located in a very pretty wood house looking building that reminds me of a modern cabin. I could move in! There is seating at the bar or in the loft area on the second floor. Plus there is seating outside on the lawn. Most of the seating area is covered. Beyond the great ciders, Sara-the bartender, was very welcoming. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Visited today for the first time. Didn't even realize a large patio with plenty of tables was in the back. The inside is a little small, but tons of outdoor seating. Dog friendly patio and kid friendly as well. The cider was delicious and affordably priced. Will be coming back! read more

Was looking for some activities to do on our mini vacation in Bend, came across this super cute brewery tucked away. It wasn't super busy, which we loved. The cider flight was amazing and got a glass of the strawberry peach after trying a couple. The back garden area is gorgeous and very relaxing, would definitely recommend. read more

Bend Cider was a cidery that Steve and I went to on our last trip to Bend. And our visits to Bend are always so much fun! We had a tough time settling with just one cider to drink so we got a cider flight and went out to their outdoor seating area in which we enjoyed very much. There's a small stage as well. But truth be told we were glad nobody was playing because Steve and I are quiet people who enjoy quietness. Lol Well, most of the time. The cider flight was very good and all the ciders were great. Bend Cider Co. is a gem! The ciders were all delicious--though my favorite, the Açaí Spearmint, is supposed to be discontinued--it's more like a cider mojito! They are in distribution, but only going statewide in Oregon and expanding into Boise. If you find their stuff, you SHOULD buy it. We stocked up for some dry and semi-dry ciders to have at home! They have snacks, but there is a food truck round up less than a block away to get whatever you want. But you NEED to try this place if you're at all into cider. The taproom did not disappoint - everything was as expected based on descriptions and nothing was overly sweet. Check it out as soon as you can! We randomly found this place. The yard is easy for groups, and a sand box for kids. We were there for open mic night (apparently, every other Thursday), and had a great time. I asked the bartender for a tart cider, (I'm not a fan of sweet), she totally led me to an amazing cider...I would sell my left elbow for if I could remember which one it was... Initially I was a bit skeptical of the botanical cider description, but man I am a complete convert! This place has a relaxing, laid back vibe. Cozy upstairs with gorgeous emerald green small couches. The cider varieties blew me away!!! The botanical angle is unlike anything I've tasted before. The Açaí Mint cider is so well done. Nothing at all artificial. I'm a lifelong mint hater (Hate, hate, hate double hate, loathe entirely anything mint). However since this isn't a manufactured, artificial mint extract, this is unlike anything I've tasted before. I actually enjoyed it!! Anyone that can get me to try something with mint, let alone actually like it, must be sorcerers of cider production. A little gem hidden in Tumalo. The decor is beautiful and modern and the outdoor space in lovely.

Really fun spot, was told by many people check this place out and to eat food here. It was excellent food and good staff. The reason I am giving this a 4 star and not a 5 is that we got the only nice and personable staff in the building. Not sure what to make of the other staff is that they need to nicer and act more professional. I also didn't like the grass feature with the food truck where other customers can just walk right by you and get better service without actually tasting in the restaurant. Would I go back, yes but hoping for a betterexperience. read more

Absolutely LOVE Bend Cider Co in Tumalo!!!!! A new addition to Tumalo/Bend, only an itsy bitty bit off the beaten path (1 min walk from the food cart pod in Tumalo and the road headed towards Eagle Crest from Tumalo...) Beautiful, peaceful, down to earth and homey - THE most delicious cider I've ever tasted! ( this is coming from a German - die heart craft beer fan). So it's 94F out there and this is our 2nd trip to Bend Cider in Tumalo. I am now a Cider Convert, what awesome ciders they have there! Huckleberry Ginger will make you a (albeit initially reluctant) fan and believer, not too sweet and not too tart!!!! A beautiful new built tap room and the owners (the Roarks) so unbelievably sweet and friendly and knowledgeable! The garden (of course not a beer but a cider garden;) is relaxing with beautiful flowers, butterflies and bees. So many crazy busy and overrun special places around Bend- this is still and undiscovered jewel. Honestly I've never been crazy about ciders, just a craft beer person by heart, but there is just no cider there I don't like - not too sweet not too tart and on a hot summer day - so refreshing. Even a hoppy cider for the die heart beer drinkers! Give it a try, and find out for yourself how much ya'll will love it!
