Asked for $244. They didn't get it running. Next day they came back worked for 2 hours asked for $244 again. But still didn't fix it. Another plumber comes out and a part was installed backwards. I called Barry one morning early after finding we had water leaking into our kitchen. We were…read morethinking the worst. We just moved into our home and it was built around 1985 and has copper tubing for the water lines. We thought we might have had a leak at the slab as the water was leaking out the weep holes in the bricks. Barry was tied up as were his crew. He suggested a couple of things to try that would either stop or slow the leak down. We cut the hot water off at the water heater first, but nothing changed. Then we're thought to check the refrigerator ice maker hook up. We had just had a new refrigerator delivered the day before. We moved the refrigerator out only to find that the guys who delivered the refrigerator had only finger tightened the connection and it had been dripping all night. I wanted to give Barry at R&B a shout out because he promptly returned my call and although he couldn't make it at the time he did give some good suggestions to try to negate the problem. I will call R&B for any issues or work that come up in the future!!

My AC system is not a straight forward system, so it took these guys a bit longer to figure out just exactly what the problem was. But they stuck with it, and didn't try to blow smoke up my butt with all kinds of technical terms and explanations. Once the issue was diagnosed, an estimate was provided very quickly, and we were given several different options, including financing. Overall, the best AC company we have ever dealt with. I used Connor Plumbing recently and I will say the work was completed successfully and the young…read moreman who came to the house was courteous and nice but didn't appear to have a ton of experience, which is not that bad of a problem but he still was in school to finish his plumbing license and I feel he should have been with a senior plumber since he had not finished his schooling, due to any potential complications. Luckily no complications arose that I am aware of at this time. I also was quoted for another job in which seemed very over priced as it pertained to bathroom plug drain that had been broken. I was able to find another plumbing service to fix the problem for 900 dollars cheaper than what Connor Plumbing service man quoted me.. Once again this is not to talk bad about the service man who came he did complete the job and was a pleasant young man. but would have preferred someone with a little bit more experience. In order to learn the job you have to do the job which he was familiar with fixing my washer and dryer valves but seemed a little unsure of himself. Would have preferred a senior plumber there to ensure was right.
