Backstory, we have had a pleasant history with ChatterBox and will be going back there after this. So we took our son to the first appointment, they apparently sent us a confirmation which never came.... apparently they had computer issues and their automative service cancelled it. The following week, I got the text and confirmed it. My husbands number is supposed to be first contacted because he is the one who handles appointments. It was luck that I was able to confirm considering where I work has little to no signal. Side note is that I never confirm appointments, I have always been able to show up for ANY type of medical appointment. The following week, (after being told to put my husband's number as primary), they still texted me, which did not come through. So without that confirmation, they cancelled the appointment. My husband showed up with our son, and they had an attitude. Luckily, there was a doctor still there to take him. So again, my husband stresses that he needs to be contacted. Last week, there was NO text sent to either of us, so we assumed there would be no appointment. They then billed us for a missed appointment. ...... So we have to confirm an appointment or get cancelled on, but they don't have to send an actual text. They depend entirely on computer-based communication. My husband went up there,... obviously mad, demanding a refund (stern, not rudely).... the "owner" wasn't there. The receptionist called her, and she copped an attitude immediately and threatened to call the cops. The doctors are great but this business model SUCKS!!!!!!

Do not bring your child here. They do not handle their billing well. At all. OT was suggested to us…read morefor our child. During the months we were told by billing and other therapists that they were waiting on an approval. And finally in august we received a text stating that we could move forward with OT. Now they're saying that insurance was never approved. And they are out of network and we have been charged $1400 and they have reduced us to self pay/private pay. And they have refused to see our child and treat her any further.
